How it’s been isn’t how it has to be.

Courses that can help you find your path to peace, connection and joy

You’re feeling overwhelmed, confused, stuck.

You’ve been trying different things for a while and nothing has seemed to solve the communication problem.  Maybe you even think there just isn’t a solution.

As a therapist I work with clients who are struggling to communicate with their friends, colleagues, and significant partners.  I have taken this experience and (am creating) have created courses to educate students on the essence of the communication issues people with neurodivergence (especially Autism and ADHD) and their partners face, as well as suggestions for solutions to the most common problems I have seen in my private practice. These courses can help you

  • mend strained relationships,

  • find ways to clearly communicate your needs, wants and desires,

  • and find strategies to thrive in a world…not always attuned to your (or your partner’s) neurodivergent experiences.

Regardless of what brings you here, this is a judgment-free space - these courses are designed with compassion, and a recognition that these issues are not anyone’s fault.

Whether you've tried other communication courses before or are just beginning your search, this (these) courses can help you find your way to a more peaceful and intimate relationship.

  • Courses, by their nature, are not personalized, and not a substitute for counseling. Courses can give you a framework, but if you need tailored help, you are likely in search of a counselor. Look for a counselor who specializes in your type of neurodivergence and couples work in your area.

My guiding principles

Inclusive

ALL are welcome in my office and in my world.  Any gender, any race, any sexual orientation, any identity.

Safe

This is a safe place, where you can trust that you will be treated with respect, dignity, and caring. I believe that together we can create a space where you can grow and transform.

Whole

Differences are just that - differences.  We are not broken. We may be wounded from our life experience - but that is not the same as broken.

Improvement is ALWAYS Possible

Challenges can deeply affect us.  They do not define us.  Our responses to them do.
